10 Days, 10 Minutes. Along this theme, I invite you to practice Yoga with me for the first 10 days of the new year. Each day, there will be a new 10-minute Yoga video to practice along. The sessions comprise a good mix of different yoga styles, such as vinyasa, yoga workouts, and yin. This way, you can start the new year right – and maybe even develop a new habit that will improve your physical and mental health in the long run. Day 1. This calm feel-good yoga flow provides us with new energy, improves your balance, and stretches the entire body. Poses in this flow include stretches lying down, seated twist, seated cat-cow, downward facing dog, forward fold, chair pose, side stretch, locust pose, warrior 2, peaceful warrior, extended side-angle, reverse triangle, tree pose, figure 4, malasana, and stretches for the neck.
