10 Days, 10 Minutes. Along this theme, I invite you to practice Yoga with me for the first 10 days of the new year. Each day, there will be a new 10-minute Yoga video to practice along. The sessions comprise a good mix of different yoga styles, such as vinyasa, yoga workouts, and yin. This way, you can start the new year right – and maybe even develop a new habit that will improve your physical and mental health in the long run. I'd be grateful if you let me guide you through your practice.
