We’ll blend flowing yoga movements with strengthening Pilates exercises for a balanced, feel-good practice.
Exercises and postures in this Yogalates (Yoga x Pilates) Flow for Energy and Confidence include movements in table top, downward dog, high lunge, warrior 3, reverse triangle, single leg plank, wild thing, vinyasa, seated forward fold and seated twist.
