Enjoy this 10-minute Yoga Flow designed to make you feel good and energized! Postures in this class include: child’s pose, table top, half camel, downward facing dog, high lunge (twist), low lunge, half split, wide-legged forward fold, skandasana, quad stretch and side plank.
