This Yoga workout strengthens your core, legs and glutes and helps you to work on your balance—all while being easy on your hands and wrists. We start with some feel-good stretches in a seated position before moving into core-strengthening boat pose variations (with options to modify or intensify the exercises). After that, we flow through a standing sequence featuring poses such us standing balance, figure 4, warrior 2 exercises, reverse triangle, high lunge, chair, warrior 3, and a forward fold. We finish with a bridge and core series before winding down with a spinal twist and a relaxing Savasana. No music.
