Join me for a longer live Yoga class — about 40 minutes 😊 It might sound like a long session compared to our 10 Days, 10 Minutes Yoga Series, but I’ve put together a dynamic sequence with a variety of postures to keep things interesting. Suitable for all levels: I’ll show you gentler options for the more advanced poses.

Poses in this sequence include seated stretches, cat cow, downward dog, chair, standing balance, high lunge, warrior 2, peaceful warrior, side angle, warrior 3, (side) plank, figure 4, shoulder and quad stretches, tree pose, reclined pigeon, spinal twist, and savasana.
