This energizing and refreshing spring renewal vinyasa flow helps you to shake off winter sluggishness, reset your energy, and step into the new season with a sense of renewal, balance, and inner calm.
Spring is a time of growth, expansion, and new beginnings. In this practice, we’ll move with the breath, open the body, and cultivate fresh energy – helping you feel lighter, more grounded, and ready for whatever’s ahead.
This is a moderate to intermediate-level class with no unnecessary cues (a bit in the minimal cues style) and a variety of energizing poses. You don't need any equipment, but feel free to use blocks if you like to bring the ground closer - especially helpful in triangle and pyramid pose!
Yoga postures in this 20-minute Spring Equinox Yoga Flow, filmed outside on a peaceful beach, include: seated twist, cat cow, thread the needle, downward facing dog, side stretch, high lunge, warrior 2 and 3, triangle, pyramid, eagle, forward fold, side plank, wild thing, chaturanga, butterfly and Janu Sirsasana.
