✔️ Easy on hands & wrists – no weight-bearing on the floor
✔️ Optional support: Use a wall, sturdy chair, or closet for added balance
Postures in this sequence include Standing (on one leg), warrior 2, side angle, peaceful warrior, tree pose, standing twist.
