Let go of the day and release tension from your entire body with a focus on your hips and legs. This 20 minute evening Yoga class takes you from gentle stretches in child's pose to table top for cat cow. After stretching the wrists and ankles, we move into malasana and downward dog before finding our main flow with low lunge, half split, single-leg hero, half butterfly and pigeon. We finish the class with moment of mindfulness in butterfly pose and a soothing savasana.
